What a garage cleanout usually includes
Boxes nobody has opened since the last move, old furniture, broken bikes and toys, exercise equipment, shelving, carpet scraps, an old fridge or freezer, and yard tools. We take it from the garage, load it and handle the disposal.

Sort before the day
- Pull out keepers: tools, documents, seasonal gear.
- Paint, gasoline, oil, propane tanks and chemicals cannot go. Set them aside for a hazardous waste option.
- Drain fuel from lawn mowers, trimmers and snowblowers.
- Remove the propane tank from a grill.
- Leave a clear path from the garage door.
Photos that work for garages
Garages are deep, so one shot from the door misses the back. Take a photo from the door, one from each back corner, and close shots of anything heavy. Open the cabinets if their contents are going too.
Seasonal timing
Spring and fall are the busy garage months in Maine, before the cars go back in for winter. Booking a week or two ahead gives you more choice of windows.
How booking works
Send photos through the quote form or text them to (207) 333-1422. No card is needed to ask. Caden looks at the photos and sends your price. If it works for you, you pay from the link he sends and that confirms the slot. The price we send is the price you pay unless the pile changes. If you add things after the price goes out, the price is updated before work starts, not after.
