How removal works

Send photos of each basement area and the stairs. We review the scope, agree on a pickup window subject to availability and confirm the price before carrying and loading.

Access and preparation

1. Mark items to keep, including anything stored next to the pile.
2. Tell us the number of stair flights and any tight turns.
3. Arrange safe disconnection of appliances before pickup.

Exclusions and limits

• No hazardous waste, paint, chemicals or unsafe access.
• Water damage or mold concerns need to be described before pickup.

We do not take paint and solvents, propane tanks, gasoline and oils, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals and pesticides, car batteries, hot tubs.

How pricing works

Basement cleanouts are priced by the posted job sizes, from $119 for a small job to $479 for an extra-large job. Appliances without refrigerant are free when added to a job. Caden confirms the final price from your photos.
