Included items

  • Tables, chairs, dressers and cabinets
  • Couches, recliners and other accepted furniture

How removal works

Send photos and access details for review. We discuss accepted items and the removal scope, then confirm timing subject to availability. The final scope and price are confirmed before loading.

Access and preparation

  1. Measure large pieces and narrow exits.
  2. Empty drawers and mark furniture that stays.

Exclusions and limits

  • No promise that every item can be donated.
  • Pianos, safes and unusually heavy pieces need separate review.

We do not take paint and solvents, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals and pesticides, car batteries, hot tubs.

How estimates work

Furniture size, load volume and the route out affect the estimate. Single item requests still need a manual estimate.

Estimated pricing and surcharges

Photos for review

Show the whole load, close views of special items and the route out. Describe stairs, tight doors, long carries and uncertain materials. We review photos manually. Hidden contents, dense debris or unclear conditions can require an on site assessment. Photos do not guarantee acceptance or a final price.

Questions

Before you arrange removal.

Can you take one dresser?+

Yes, a single piece can be requested. Show the dimensions and access. The minimum pickup estimate and any special handling still need review.

Can usable furniture be donated?+

Donation depends on condition and receiving facility acceptance. Do not assume every piece will be donated.

What should I send for a photo estimate?+

Send a wide view of every item or pile, close views of special items and photos of the route out. Include stairs, narrow doors and loading access. Photos support manual review and do not guarantee a final price.

What items must stay out of the load?+

Paint, solvents, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals, pesticides and car batteries are excluded. Identify unknown materials separately. Unsafe access and biohazard remediation are not included.
