Senior downsizing cleanouts in Lewiston, ME

How removal works

A family member or authorized contact sends photos of each area and the access. We review the scope, agree on a pickup window subject to availability and confirm the price before removal. Senior move managers can request a Stripe invoice instead of a customer pay link.

Access and preparation

1. Set aside keepsakes, documents, photos and valuables first.
2. Label rooms or items that should not be touched.
3. Confirm who has authority to approve removal and provide entry.

Exclusions and limits

• No appraisal, valuation or legal advice.
• No hazardous waste, paint, chemicals or propane tanks.

We do not take paint and solvents, propane tanks, gasoline and oils, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals and pesticides, car batteries, hot tubs.

How pricing works

Downsizing cleanouts are priced by the posted job sizes, from $119 for a small job to $479 for an extra-large job. Whole house scopes are reviewed from photos of each room. Caden confirms the final price from your photos.

Photos for review

Show the whole load, close views of special items and the route out. Describe stairs, tight doors, long carries and uncertain materials. We review photos manually. Hidden contents, dense debris or unclear conditions can require an on site assessment. Photos do not guarantee acceptance or a final price.
