Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before acceptance
You get your price first, then pay securely with the link we send to confirm. Declined requests are never charged. Unpaid quotes expire after two hours.
Cancel before your job
You can cancel before the scheduled job by emailing or calling us. Include your name, pickup address and scheduled time so we can find your request.
If payment has been taken
If you cancel after paying to confirm your job, contact us to discuss the payment and any refund. We review the circumstances rather than promise an automatic refund.
Completed work
Contact us with any concern about completed work or a charge. Disputes and refund requests are handled case by case.
