Included items

  • Yard waste and brush after scope review
  • Separated outdoor piles of accepted material

How removal works

Send photos and access details for review. We discuss accepted items and the removal scope, then confirm timing subject to availability. The final scope and price are confirmed before loading.

Access and preparation

  1. Show every pile and identify the material.
  2. Describe gates, uneven ground and the carry distance.

Exclusions and limits

  • Dirt, concrete and other dense debris need separate assessment.
  • No tree cutting, landscaping or hazardous waste handling is promised.

We do not take paint and solvents, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals and pesticides, car batteries, hot tubs.

How estimates work

Pile volume alone is not enough for a mixed yard load. Material weight, access, disposal and the agreed scope affect the manual estimate. Heavy debris needs separate review.

Photos for review

Show the whole load, close views of special items and the route out. Describe stairs, tight doors, long carries and uncertain materials. We review photos manually. Hidden contents, dense debris or unclear conditions can require an on site assessment. Photos do not guarantee acceptance or a final price.

Questions

Before you arrange removal.

Can yard debris be mixed with household junk?+

Describe both categories separately and photograph each pile. Acceptance and disposal needs must be reviewed before combining a scope.

Do you take dirt or concrete at a household load price?+

No ordinary household estimate should be assumed for dense material. Dirt, concrete and brick need separate weight and disposal assessment.

What should I send for a photo estimate?+

Send a wide view of every item or pile, close views of special items and photos of the route out. Include stairs, narrow doors and loading access. Photos support manual review and do not guarantee a final price.

What items must stay out of the load?+

Paint, solvents, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals, pesticides and car batteries are excluded. Identify unknown materials separately. Unsafe access and biohazard remediation are not included.
