Getting appliances ready
- Fridges and freezers: empty them and unplug a day ahead to defrost.

Drop-off options
Lewiston residents can take refrigerators, air conditioners and dehumidifiers to the Solid Waste Facility at 420 River Road, with an EZCard covering tip fees on the first 1,000 pounds a year. Auburn residents can take white goods, including refrigerators, to Maine Waste to Energy at 110 Goldthwaite Road. Fees are set by the facility.
Basement and stairs
Old washers and chest freezers often live in basements with steep stairs. Send a photo of the stairs and the bulkhead if there is one.
How booking works
Send photos through the quote form or text them to (207) 333-1422. No card is needed to ask. Caden looks at the photos and sends your price. If it works for you, you pay from the link he sends and that confirms the slot. The price we send is the price you pay unless the pile changes. If you add things after the price goes out, the price is updated before work starts, not after.
