By Junk Lords crew / Published / Updated
The sizes
A small job is up to about 1.5 cubic yards. Think a few pieces of furniture or 10 to 12 bags. It is $119.
A medium job is about 3 cubic yards, roughly a room worth of stuff. It is $189.
A large job is about 5 cubic yards, roughly a garage bay worth. It is $239.
An extra-large job is about 10 cubic yards, and it is $479. Bigger cleanouts are $45 per cubic yard beyond that.
Items with set fees
Some items carry their own fees on top of or instead of the job price. A single item on its own is $64. A mattress or box spring is $64 alone or $20 each on a job. A washer, dryer, stove or dishwasher is $69 alone and free on a job. A fridge, freezer, air conditioner or dehumidifier is $99 alone or $35 on a job. A TV or monitor is a $15 add-on.
Construction debris is the job price plus 20%, and shingles, concrete and dirt are priced by weight.
How to get your size right
You do not have to measure anything. Send photos of the whole pile through the quote form and Caden sizes it and confirms the price. You pay only after you approve it, and the price we send is the price you pay unless the pile changes. The full list is on the pricing page, and the how it works page walks through the flow.
